The Property

  • The Blue 115 ocean view condo apartment is a part of the Blue Residences complex, located in the Noord area of Aruba.
  • Eagle Beach and Palm Beach are both within walking distance. Eagle Beach is consistently rated as one of the best beaches in the world.
  • There is a smaller Juanita Beach just across the road from the property.
  • Blue Residences offer a quiet, more secluded and private feel than a typical hotel.
  • Premises are extremely well maintained, and protected by security personnel.
  • A well-equipped gym is located just steps away from the residence. Tennis and beach tennis courts are available.
  • The dedicated reception desk will make check-in and checkout a breeze.
  • Pets are not allowed in Blue Residences, sorry.

The Apartment

  • The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom arrangement ensures privacy.
  • There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, and two full size beds in the second bedroom.
  • The apartment sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
  • There are three flat-screen TV sets in the apartment.
  • Enjoy your own private patio with recently updated garden furniture, BBQ grill and a large cantilever umbrella
  • Your private ocean view jacuzzi is right on the patio. Enjoy the sunset while you are relaxing.
  • A modern and clean swimming pool is just steps away from the patio. Pergolas, umbrellas and chairs are always available.

  • Window walls in the main living area and the master bedroom provide plenty of light and breathtaking views.

  • Sets of beach towels are available in each bathroom.
  • There are board games and puzzles in the living area, as well as a cocktail-making kit and wine-sampling kit.
  • Plastic drinking glasses are provided so you can safely enjoy the drink of your choice by the pool or around the jacuzzi.

Dining and Groceries

  • The upscale Infini restaurant is located literally a few steps away from the condo and offers an exclusive tasting menu. It was voted #1 restaurant in Aruba in 2021.
  • The more casual Po-Ké Ono Azure restaurant located a short walk away has breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
  • There is a large choice of dining options and entertainment in the Palm Beach/High Rise area to the North of Blue 115. The closest is a cluster of bars and restaurants at the Divi Phoenix resort, which is a 5 min walk. More options exist in the main entertainment area of the Palm Beach, a bit further North.
  • An outdoor cafe at the Blue Residences reception serves a variety of drinks, snacks and breakfast treats from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • The Super Foods supermarket is located 0.8 miles away. There is a delivery option, which is free if the minimum purchase requirement is met.

Location

  • Blue 115 can be reached by an easy 15 min taxi ride from the airport.
  • The property is located between two world-famous beaches (Eagle and Palm), both of which are approximately 12 min walk away.
  • A smaller Juanita Beach is just across the road from the property, within a 2 min walk.
  • The well maintained pedestrian path along the beach is a great way to explore the area. There are lanes for biking, rollerblading and use of scooters.
  • There is a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the Blue Residences property, making it easy to access public transportation to explore the island.

Absolutely wonderful. Walkable to the beach, bars, casino, and restaurants. Great communication (with a human!), easy check in. Very responsive to a small maintenance issue (they came and fixed it immediately). Very clean unit with a wonderful hot tub. Nicely appointed with everything you need, plus extras. I was in unit 115, and the beach chairs were greatly appreciated. I loved the soap and shampoo, which led me to buying some at the aloe place. There was a supermarket very close. The pool was nice. Dehumidifier in the unit was a nice touch. We appreciated the washer and dryer, too. We'd absolutely stay there again. I'm so glad we chose this unit!

Our stay was everything we could've asked for, very clean and as described. Quick walk down to a beautiful beach (even with kids). Butterfly Farm is walking distance and you could easily take scooters up to the nearby popular restaurant area where Gianni's is. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

This place is truly remarkable. We stayed at unit 115 at the Blue Residences, and this was a treat. Nicely appointed and well-kept apartment, steps away from an amazing pool, and a few more steps (across the street) from the beach. Sunset over the ocean views from the patio, complete with the grill and the jacuzzi. There is a night life area around the Palm Beach, also within walking distance. The personnel is efficient, helpful and friendly. We really like that place and will be back.

Check-in was a breeze, the air conditioning worked great, the humidifier was an added touch. We utilize the kitchen and the back patio a lot since we had a toddler with us. The pool in front of our condo was closed a few days, but we just walked over to the other pool or walked to the ocean, which was right across the street. I do advise renting a car so you can go downtown or up to Palm Beach. We couldn't figure out how to get the dryer to work in the unit, went to the front office and someone assisted us right away. We would definitely stay again.

Casino

The Princess Casino is located just a short walk from Blue 115, within the neighboring Embassy Suites complex. It is a new and exciting addition to the local entertainment scene, featuring a variety of slot machines and table games. If you want to try your luck at a different casino during your stay at Blue 115, please consider The Alhambra Casino, which is a short taxi ride away. There are several other casinos in the Palm Beach area, which is within walking distance from Blue 115.

Deep Sea Fishing

There are several reputable deep sea fishing operators in Aruba. From experience, a good choice is Melina Fishing Charters. They offer half-day and full-day fishing trips, with experienced guides and well-equipped boats. Keep in mind that the departure point for this operator is located at the Fisherman's Pier in the High Rise area of Noord, roughly a 7 min car ride from Blue 115.
